- Is free really free?
- Yes, for as long as you like and with no card. You write your resume, switch templates and download it as a PDF; that PDF carries the IdealCV logo at the bottom left of each page.
- How do I cancel?
- From Account › Subscription, in three steps and with no reason to give. Cancelling during the trial charges nothing.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, within 14 days of a charge. The refund policy sets out the cases.
- Which payment methods?
- Card, plus the wallets your device offers: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.
- Can I change plan?
- Yes, from Account › Subscription. Going back to Free takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: you keep Pro until then.
